Welcome to our Employer/Fund Manager service site. As a purchaser of an Oasis Health Care plan, you can perform administrative functions, check plan coverage, ask and get answers to a variety of questions, get a list of PPO providers near you, and provide feedback, all with our convenient online forms.

Messages are retrieved every business day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Of course you can contact us by telephone simply by calling the toll-free number listed on your Plan ID Card.
