Welcome to our Plan Provider service site. As a provider of medical services to an enrolled member in an Oasis Health Care plan, you can perform administrative functions, check plan coverage, ask and get answers to a variety of questions, get a list of PPO providers, and provide feedback, all with our convenient online forms.
