Oasis' Preferred Provider Organization

Members can choose from our extensive network of over 41,000 providers in New Jersey and New York and over 220,000 nationally. Because of the size of our national PPO, even if a plan member is on vacation or away at school, s/he can take advantage of an in-network provider. Because Oasis recognizes that most plan members prefer self-direction, we provide open access plan designs with both in-network and out-of-network options.

PPO Network:*
When members use PPO physicians and hospitals they are fully covered except for a small co-payment for medical services. Eligible medical services are limited to those described in the official company or union plan document. And when members use the PPO, there are no onerous and time consuming claim forms to fill out and file.
*Oasis provides PPO services in coordination with Galaxy Health Network, a nationwide provider organization.

Out-of-Network:
If members choose physicians or hospitals not in the PPO, they will need to fill out claims forms, meet a deductible, and pay a percentage of fees for the care they receive. Of course, the cost of out-of-network care is subject to usual and reasonable limitations.
